ONLINE SCHEDULING

For new clients that want to establish care for their pets with us, we require a deposit (the cost of our routine office visit) at the time of scheduling. 

DEPOSITS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE IF AT LEAST 24-HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE IS GIVEN. 

Failure to show up for your pets scheduled appointment without 24-hour notice will result in the requirement to pay a deposit before you are able to reschedule/make any future appointments with us.
