Dr. Ceremuga (formerly Dr. Bate) Joined the Silver Creek Animal Clinic team in 2012. She Graduated from Veterinary School at Colorado State University and completed a year long internship at Alpine Animal Hospital in Carbondale Colorado.
Dr Ceremuga’s interests in veterinary medicine focus on providing high quality wellness care and maximizing her patients’ quality of life. Orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries are of particular interest to her, and she loves watching her patients recover from those procedures that alleviate their pain and improve their overall health and happiness.
Dr. Tangeman grew up in Sherwood, OR, graduated from Willamette University in 2010 and graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. He moved to Silverton in 2013 while still in Veterinary school, but only joined Silver Creek Animal Clinic in 2019.
Dr. Tangeman is interested in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and oncology. He has experience in preventative care, general practice, and emergency medicine.
Dr. Kaci joined Silver Creek Animal Clinic in September 2019. She has lived in Silverton for 4 years. She graduated from veterinary school in 2009.
Her passions includes preventive care, dental care, and feline disease.
Dr. Kaci is married to her wonderful husband, Robert, with 2 beautiful little girls. She currently has 3 dogs (Sage- border collie, Astrid- mini aussie, Eva- papillon) and 3 cats (Ewok mu, Cassidy & Marshmallow). Dr. Kaci enjoys hiking/camping, baking, watching movies, and spending time with her kids.
Dr. Stewart graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1973. He has practiced in the Willamette Valley for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Association of Veterinary Medicine, the American Association of Equine Practitioners, and Northwest Equine Practitioners Association.
Dr. Sandiford grew up in Central Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine before finding her place at Silver Creek Animal Clinic in 2018.
Her professional interests include just about everything veterinary, she is as excitable as she is dedicated to her patients and clients.
Before becoming Dr. Sandiford, Ali spent many years working in the trenches as a horse trainer specializing in young and/or ‘difficult’ horses.
Dr. Ferguson grew up in Tualatin, OR and went to Oregon State University for her undergraduate degree and vet school. She graduated vet school in 2021 and started working at Silver Creek the same year. Her professional passions include preventive health, endocrinology, oncology, reproductive health, and pathology. She is particularly interested in risk factors for disease, such as age at spay/neuter and hormonally-influenced cancers and the role of diet in other disease development, and she enjoys discussing these topics with owners. When not at the clinic, she enjoys embroidering, gardening, and spoiling her cat, Freddy Purrcury."

Hi, My name is Steve and I joined the Silver Creek Animal Clinic in February of 2021. I grew up in the Willamette Valley, and currently live in Salem with my wife, 4 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I love animals and am very happy to be a part of the Silver Creek team. I am an Army Veteran and I have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. My free time consists of spending time with my family, fishing, and working on my masters degree in business administration.

Rachael grew up and still lives in Silverton. She leads our Client Services team and has been assisting our clients for 4 years. The rest of the time she is taking care of 3 kids, 3 cats, and 2 dogs. If she has any free time it is spent in the garden, reading or decorating something.

"I am from Mt. Angel but currently live in Silverton. I married my high school sweetheart and we have 1 Pomeranian named Mia. In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, help out in my church, go on walks with my dogs, hang out with my family and go on mini-trips. I have both dental receptionist and retail experience. I was hired at Silver Creek Animal Clinic in October 2019 as a Customer Services Representative and I help with inventory as well."

Jennifer joined the team at Silver Creek Animal Clinic in May 2019 as a part-time Customer Service Representative. She has 20 years experience in customer service and has been in the veterinary field since 2015. She grew up in Gervais and currently lives in Silverton, When she isn't at the clinic, her time is spent with her family. She has 2 kids who keep her very busy. Her interests include animals, gardening, crafting, cooking, hiking and outdoors.
Communications Coordinator & Inventory Manager
Juli has over 30 years providing customer service. She studied Animal Science at Cal Poly Pomona. Juliann has been a Silverton resident since 1998. She enjoys her home with her husband, Richard and their cat, Figaro and Captain. She also enjoys traveling to see her daughter and grandson in London and her son in San Francisco. Juli is our communications manager and Inventory Manager but also helps at our front desk. Any emails or medical records request usually go through her. She also monitors our emails and mails out medication requests to our clients. to get customers excited about getting a sweet deal.
Certified Veterinary Technician
Richelle Lundervold, a lover of horses, dogs, cats, chickens and hamsters, is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and our Head Technician in charge of all CVTs and veterinary assistants. She’s been at SCAC for about 3 years and she assists in surgery and does a lot of our dental cleanings (your dogs and cats can thank her) and she also does anything else she notices that needs to be done. She has 3 daughters, and she is a firefighter/EMR for Sublimity Fire District!
"I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and have been a lifelong animal lover. I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2016 and shortly thereafter began working at Silver Creek Animal Clinic. When I'm not working, I enjoy riding horses, barrel racing, and other outdoor activities." Ashley is our main room tech. She checks in pets, makes sure all the rooms are clean and ready for them, talks with the pet owner to get a medical history and you'll most often see Ashley carrying pets into the clinic or back out to the owner cars!
Ashley has been with us since summer 2020. She loves all animals big and small. In her free time she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her cats. Ashley adopted an injured cat that was brought to our clinic. She named the kitten Bug and nursed her back to health.
"I have been a member of the Silver Creek family since 2016. Grew up on a small family farm in the area and have always worked with animals large and small. I really enjoy serving my community, and constantly learning what the field has to offer. During my free time I like to be outdoors, helping on the farm, camping or hiking." Jessica is a key employee in our clinic. She has many jobs including helping with surgeries, dental teeth cleaning, and being an all-around help.

I've been dancing for fifteen years in all styles of dance! I’m currently one year away from my bachelors degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology at Western Oregon University. After, I will use my degree to work in corrections. I have always had a love for animals ever since I can remember! I will always treat each animal as if they are my own, and always look forward to meeting new animals everyday!"

"I grew up in Stayton, OR and it is also where my husband and I decided to raise our children. I have been working in the Veterinary field for 17 years and enjoy what I do. I share my home with a dog, 3 cats, 7 chickens and various fish. In my spare time I enjoy crabbing, walking on the beach, fishing and spending time with my children." Joe has worked as a kennel assistant for Silver Creek Animal Clinic for several years now! Joe is awesome. He cleans up after us every Friday morning and afternoon. He has lived in Silverton most his life. In his free time Joe enjoys doing volunteer work, playing with animals, relaxing, and watching YouTube.
